Eat healthy food in your daily life. Healthy food which makes you physically and mentally strong. take more water in everyday of your life it give oxygen to your brain so it make working properly. dont take too much junk foods it yastes good bu it is not good for health. Eat foods like vegetables,fruits, meat , fish, beans and whole grains.

Exercise:

Exercise which reduces stress. Take daily walk which makes u healthy. Excercise can help you live longer and stay happier. Minimum 15 to 20 minutes each day than it goes long away.
